If you find a weakness in Symphony Atlas, please tell us before anyone else. We will work with you to fix it.

How to report

Write to support@symphonyatlas.com with what you found, how to reproduce it and what an attacker could do with it. We reply within three working days and keep you informed until it is fixed.

While you look

Use your own accounts. Do not read, change or delete other people’s data; if you reach some by accident, stop and tell us.
Do not slow the service down or flood it with requests, and do not send spam or try to trick people.
Give us 90 days to fix the problem before you make it public.

If you follow these rules, we will not take legal action against you for your research. We have no paid bounty, but with your permission we thank you by name.

symphonyatlas.com and our apps. YouTube’s player and the services of our providers belong to them; report problems there to them.
